The reason why I love these two movies is that you get to see the kind of people that you hate but then you wanted to be like them at the same time. They are considered the popular ones in the campus. No one’s gonna block their way and they are treated like royalties. And then there are the losers. Always left out and always bullied around.
But when the cosmic worlds are at chaos and the popular ones bonded with the losers, hell comes to life. Just kidding. This is when the popular ones, just for the fun of it, sort of create a new persona in a loser’s life wherein he or she would be one of them. Crazy situation but it’s not impossible.

Jawbreaker
The Jawbreaker movie is about three incredibly popular girls in their campus. Then one of the girls have this jelousy over the other girl that it ended up with a crime they thought no one would know. One nerdy girl saw what happened and the suspects eventually made her a deal. They would turn this nerdy girl into something all the girl ever dreamt about. They beautify her and all then she became as popular as the other two. I’m cutting the story short. Some things are not meant to be forever much more if its a terrible secret… The death of their former member became known to all over the campus.

Mean Girls
This one is a story about the LOSERS revenge over the PLASTICS. There was this girl named Katie (Lindsay Lohan) who came from Africa and she’s continuing her studies in US. She had her first set of friends which include another girl who was suspected of being a lesbian and a guy who’s gay. These guys hated these group which they call the Plastics. A group of undeniably beautiful girls but could really get mean and bitchy. Now, Katie’s group plotted a plan on bringing this mean girls down. Katie was the one who pretended to make friends with the plastics and to turn them mad to one another. Then one thing led to the other but Katie sort of carried away with the plan that she turned herself into a real plastic too. Eventually her friends hated her too. Jeez this is another long story so just watch it ok?! I really recommend it! Hehehe! And oh! If you love gossips, you’ll love the movie’s humor!

I didn’t see “Jawbreaker”, but “Mean Girls” was a pretty funny film. I was surprised to see that Lindsey Lohan and good movie could actually exist in the same space at the same time in reality. However, when I want to see a story about the division between popular kids and losers, i usually focus more on the stories about school shootings: as those put the subject matter right in your face and force you to deal with it on a very serious level.
